Sales Account Excecutive

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales 

  • An ability to grasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement

  • Hands-on experience with customer service

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Analytical and time-management skills

  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant f

  • Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Will be responsible for the increase in sales from existing accounts

  • Will act as a point of contact for clients

  • To work in sales role maintaining existing accounts and manage key accounts

  • Organize and attend regular client meetings to discuss customer requirements

  • Ability to resolve problems and handle customer satisfaction

  • To work in sales role developing new accounts ( customers)

  • Identify new potential customers

  • Will be responsible for sales from new customers

  • Proactively address clients need & facilitate sales process from beginning to end

  • Client satisfaction to be kept at a high standard 

  • Should be capable of expanding team 

  • Capable of learning & implementing new technologies 

  • Stay up-to date with new features and product updates

  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics

  • Capabilities on innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
